Student IDs

All students will need to have their Harvard University ID (HUID) cards with them on Commencement Day. For security reasons, graduates need to wear them around their neck in a lanyard (to be provided by the Dean of Students Office on the morning of Commencement) in order to enter the University Ceremony and the Afternoon Exercises.

If you have lost your HUID card, please visit ID services located on the 9th Floor of Holyoke Center prior to Commencement or contact ID services by calling 617-495-3322.

If you are participating in the commencement ceremony but do not have a current HUID (e.g. March or November degree candidates), please contact the Dean of Students Office (617-495-1880, dos@law.harvard.edu) to receive a temporary ID.

Please note: Student IDs expire on Commencement Day. Complete this form if you will remain on campus studying for the Bar Exam and wish to extend your access to WCC.
