Once you have completed your file, e-mail your ready-to-print documents to the Copy Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 2-3 business days for printing.
Pick up is in the HLS Copy Center, basement of Wasserstein Hall, B018.
Need it sooner? There will be a surcharge per item printed.
If you have graphic design needs you are unable to complete, please contact Chloe Bush (cbush@law), who heads up graphic design support for student organizations and journals in the Dean of Students Office.
Please keep in mind she will need at least 7 business days to complete most requests.
The DOS Office will print 15 copies of your poster for free.
Additional copies can be made in the Copy Center and you must supply your 33-digit billing code.
Visix (Campus Video Screens) files must be sent to email@example.com as High Resolution JPEG.
When creating in InDesign, the file must be 860 pixels (width) by 564 pixels (height).
Send Excel Spreadsheet to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will create name tags for your guests and speakers. You may purchase name tag holders in the DOS Office (WCC 3039) with your 33-digit billing code.
Computers with Adobe Creative Suite
The templates above are formatted in InDesign (.indd) and Word (.docx). Several computers around campus are equipped with the Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes Photoshop and InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Microsoft Publisher:
Four computers in the WCC Student Lab (located in the basement)
Two computers in the Student Org Wordroom
Four computers in the Mac Lab (located in the HLS Library).
