The apartment is within walking distance of grocery stores, bars, restaurants, churches, gyms, dry cleaners/tailors, banks, bookstores, hotels, post office, and clothing stores.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building and has hardwood flooring. Amenities include a window air conditioning unit, laundry room, bicycle storage, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and gas stove.
