April 11, 12pm – 1pm, WCC Milstein West
Hosted by The Dean of Students Office and UHS Care Coordination.
Please join us on April 11 in Milstein West from 12 noon to 1pm to learn more about Advance Directives. The term Advance Directive refers to a document that you create and sign while you are mentally competent to state your wishes for future medical treatment and becomes effective when you are no longer able to make or communicate your own health care decisions. The Care Coordination representative from UHS will present information and answer questions regarding this important topic.
This event is open to students, staff, and faculty. Fajita Buffet will be served.
