This committee’s notable programs include:

• 1L Job Fair – BLSA hosts a Job Fair for 1L students in early December. This Job Fair, open to the entire HLS student body, attracts both firm and public interest representatives from across the country. The December Job Fair is an ideal opportunity for students to begin making connections with employers.
• Spring Lunch Series – Professional Development organizes a series of lunches during the Spring, each of which brings a set of lawyers from a sponsor firm to discuss a topic related to legal careers. Topics include work in litigation, work in corporate, diversity in the workplace, and interviewing tips.
