Eat Red Meat, Save the Planet

Join us for a special evening with Allan Savory of The Savory Institute and Harvard Chemist Mathieu Lalonde, Ph.D. Many of us have heard about some of the recent studies claiming that eating red meat is unhealthy. Dr. Lalonde will debunk these studies and illustrate how pasture-raised herbivores are actually ideal for human consumption. Then, Allan Savory will discuss how managing grazing animals through Holistic Planned Grazing, a strategic planning process that addresses the complexity of Nature, has reversed desertification and is bringing back to life once unusable land, and helping to reverse global warming.
