The 2015 Delegation to Taiwan
A delegation from the Harvard Asia Law Society will visit Taiwan in March, 2015. Participants will include organizers of the Asia Business Conference, members of various HALS committees, and leaders of weekly language tables, among other HALS members.
This year’s delegation seeks to explore the rich legal history and dynamism of contemporary Taiwan. The delegation will visit prominent law firms, government agencies, NGOs, and universities. Additionally, the itinerary will include cultural sites such as the National Palace Museum, Taipei 228 Memorial Museum (臺北二二八紀念館), and Beitou hot springs.
HALS continues to support students’ lifetime interest in the Asian region, both personally and professionally. The delegation would like to extend its sincere gratitude to this year’s HALS sponsors, whose generous support has made this opportunity possible.
