Organization Officer Agreement

As Presidents and Treasurers of your organization, you are the leadership team ultimately responsible for your organization, its activities and responsibilities. To note your understanding of the importance of this leadership role, we ask you to sign the Organization Officer Agreement Form.

At any point during the year when an individual transitions into or out of a President or Treasurer position, an new Organization Officer Agreement Form must be signed and submitted to the Student Programs Manager.
