The Situationist

The Situationist blog is a forum for scholars, students, lawyers, policymakers, and interested citizens to examine, discuss, and debate the effect of situational forces – that is, non-salient factors around and within us – on law, policy, politics, policy theory, and our social, political, and economic institutions. Welcome to the Student Association for Law & Mind Sciences

The Student Association for Law and Mind Sciences (SALMS) is a student organization helping to bring groundbreaking mind sciences research that has profound implications for law and policy-making to the Harvard Law School community.

SALMS will be hosting speakers throughout the 2014 – 2015 academic year and encourages you to get in touch with its leadership if you are interested in sharing your work. Likewise, if you are an HLS student interested in getting involved, or a law student at another school and interested in launching a SALMS-like organization on your campus, the SALMS leadership would love to hear from you.

For more information, e-mail SALMS at salms@mail.law.harvard.edu.
