1L STUDY BREAK
1Ls, take a break from reading and come hang out with your fellow SALSA members on Tuesday, November 9 from 6-7:30 pm on the Second Floor of the Hark (South Side, behind the glass doors).  Come to get advice about course selection, job searches and studying or just to relax! Indian snacks!

END OF SEMESTER DINNER AND PARTY

SALSA will be hosting a dinner and Bollywood dance party next Friday evening — details to follow.  Save the date and swing by to hang out at our last event of the semester!

D.C. TRIP: South Asians on the Hill and NASALSA Conference

Looking ahead — we are heading down to D.C. for the North American South Asian Law Student Association’s annual conference in February.  In addition to attending the conference, we’ll have the chance to meet with a number of South Asians on the Hill!  The trip will be partially subsidized and is open to all SALSA members (though you’ll have to miss two days of class).  Email Amreeta (amathai at jd12.law.harvard.edu) if you are interested — non-binding at this point.

UPCOMING SOCIAL EVENTS

Look out for SALSA at Bar Review at OM this Thursday–we’ll be handing out drink tickets to members, so get there early!Then, join APALSAs and SALSAs from all across Boston for the annual BOAT CRUISE this Saturday at 9 pm! $15 pre-sale for HLS SALSA members gets you two drink tickets, hors d’oeuvres, and APALSA membership.  Tickets are on sale in the Hark from 12-1:30 pm this week!
