We will be talking about logistics for this spring’s UVA tournament, including travel arrangements, teams, costs, etc.  Things will move fast from here on out so it is very important that you are present.

Please let us know if you cannot attend this meeting for whatever reason.  However, priority for the UVA trip will be given to those who attend the meeting.

Here are the specifics of the tournament:

When:  October 13, from 8am – 6pm

Format:  There will be 16 teams in the tournament (HLS will bring two teams).  Each team plays one opening, preliminary game.  Seeding will be determined from the first game, and single elimination games will take place from that point forward.  We will likely have one competitive team,and one “fun” team, to support all interests.

There is a local bar, Stadium, in close proximity to Moakley field.  We are currently working together with the other law schools to work out an after party for those that wish to stick around until the end of the tournament.  In between games, teams often head to Stadium for food and refreshments as well.
