Corinne Montineri is currently a Legal Officer in the International Trade Law Division of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, the Secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). UNCITRAL is the core legal body of the United Nations in the field of international trade law. Prior to working with the United Nations, Montineri worked as a senior legal officer with multi-national companies on matters relating to merger and acquisitions and international contracts. Montineri has dedicated her life to the development of international arbitration conventions, model laws, and other legal instruments. Her work has helped to shape the future legal landscape of international arbitration, making her contributions in the fields of law and international relations invaluable.
Montineri earned a degree in Economics and Finance from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques and her law degree from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne.
